Thank you very much guys. I started with the shifter side checking everything. So far it all looks good except I noticed the front bolt for my shifter floor mount will not tighten. The back bolt tightens fine. (Could this cause the issue?) I believe I may have a bigger or internal problem. Clutches ...

EMPI Shifter stock trans

Was driving home yesterday and lost the ability to shift. Had to Jam it hard into 3rd to get home. Checked clutch cable its working. Car shifts fine when its not running from gear to gear. Soon as I start it I can not shift. Shifter locks up. Any ideas where to start?

That would be great!!! Just let me know when and I will be sure to have the buggy ready. We have local cruses around town 5 nights of the week. It will be a blast!! Dave
