whats in my garage is a complete mess right now since we decided to buy a new garage (with house attached) for christmas. But the buggy has plenty of space to roam and friends to keep her company with a 70 King Formula Vee (converted to Solo 2 specs) and a 49 Chevy truck (my eventual tow vehicle for...

Definitely get the Tijuana Customs kit. It is wonderful. I just had to lift the body enough to tuck it under the edge. I suppose you could trim it back and not lift the body at all if you wanted. My full install with photos is here if you wanted to check it out http://www.misfittoysracing.com/Manx/c...

Nothing needed to hold it in place, its formed well to the pan and the body holds it in place at the edges. The only issues I had with the install were with my...

You register it as a regular vehicle, you will then have to go through inspection and they will catch it right then and there. You register it as a collectors vehicle, you wont have to get ...

I was able to insure through ACI (American Collectors) Now a few caveats. As a rule they wont insure a buggy, Manx or not. I spent alot of time with the underwriter, pleading my case and because I had other collectors insured with them they did finally make an exception for me. So dont think you can...

The motor I have waiting came out of a road race X and has 12:1 compression and fully worked head and camshaft. If a...
