www.borgenson.com has some real nice units. if using a stock column you will need an adapter to fit into the shaft.

I installed these three gauges out of a 914 in this Speedster replica. The replica was a vw pan based car and the gauges and tach hooked up with no issues. If the damage is limited to cracks, or even just small peices missing you can easily repair. For larger repairs it is always easiest if you have large pieces to work with.
