Bug and Bus are different

Bug and Bus fuel injection are different. A 1977 bus has a type 4 motor, a type 3 is almost the same as a beetle. One injection system is called L-jet the other J-jet, not sure which is which. Cool, I came across that broadway title company in my search to get a new title. Couldn't I just get them to supply me with a kit car title? I will ask them and post my findings.

There is no title, the previous owner did not have one and as far as I can tell this thing has not been road legal in at least a decade. I did manage to get the motor running before I took it apart. Can't I just title this as a 1961 VW? It has to be a reconstruction car?

I did place one stand on each end of the rear torsion tube and but I used two stands for the axel beam, one on each side. All of the jack stands are even. I am going to call a couple body shops and see if they even want to bother with it. Otherwise I think I am just going to reinforce the chassis an...

When I am talking about it being old, I just mean that is was worked on a long time ago. This Manx is old, I don't even know the history of it, it was just sitting in some guys yard and he never drove. The floor is solid, there is no serious rust, I would just think that there would be more involved...
