Junk yard parts marking paint

Does anyone know where to get the paint in the little plastic squeeze jar with the roller tip that junk yards use to mark auto parts? I have been looking for some time now and cant find it.

Welding supply shops usually carry them. I know you can buy them from Mc Master-Carr industrial Supply.
