linkage plates?

I have 40mm dells and need to find the plate that goes under the air filter that the crossbar fits into. (no idea what its called) any help is greatly appriciated C-Dub

Check out CB Performance's website if it's the CB crossbar that you have. It's the baseplates that you are looking for.
