I didn't get to see the end result who won the Buggy class at Bug Jam? I thought Dave's was the cleanest one there.

Daves Manx sure is nice! I didn't get a chance to make it over to Bug-Jam, can someone post some pictures of the buggies there and the class winners? Sorry I missed it.

Hey Mickey, Sorry I didn't get to meet you. We had a nice breakfast get together. Later we talked about a possible March get together in Ocala Forest. UncleBob, Sorry I didn't get any pictures, but my camera has issues. The new one should be here today. Don't know if it means anything, but there was a guy with a Bug Me Video shirt all over Dave's buggy with a video camera. Maybe we have a movie star. I was very encouraged by the amount of buggies. They seem to be coming out of the woodwork. Many that I have never seen before.

Didn't get to stay very long my wife was not feeling well. Saw Dave's buggy and walk around and took pictures of must of the buggies I saw (35mm so it will be a little before I can post mine). Was going to go back to Dave's location after going through the swapmeet and [font=Verdana]introduce myself but didn't get the chance. Had a good time even though it was short.

Anyone remember the web address for the voodoo/witchdoctor/whatever dune buggy? I saw it but can't seem to remember it. Kinda like to see what it was all about.

Chuck, The guy was calling himself Dr. Cardoo.? I don?t know what his story was. Lots of girls were lining up to get there picture taken with him. Here?s the only shot I took of the ?Dr.? I don?t know who the guy is he was talking to, but he wouldn?t get out of the way. His buggy was wild looking, lots of fun! It was good to see you and the other buggista. Take it easy, Dave

Thanks Dave, Too bad you cant see all the skulls on the buggy. What made it even funnier was his northern accent. It sounded funny coming from something that looks like that. Here is his web site. Dr. Cardoo I bet it was really UncleBob, He just said he wasn't there. :laugh1: Booga Booga

Dr. Cardoo. I really regret not going. Took the family camping all week on the Suwannee. I don't know what I was thinking. A 1 year old and 3 year old just don't appreciate the outdoors like I do.

Hey UB it was the camera that was dropped not the ball. :laugh1: Naturally the new one got here yesterday. Story of my life. Mickey, the buggies were scattered all over the place, hopefully someone will post some more pictures. Sorry about the judging, I very rarely agree with it, but I'm just there to have fun. For Sale one Hewlett Packard camera kit. Will trade for Berg Shifter or other VW parts of equal value. :D Image

My buggy usually doesn?t do well at Bug Jam. K.I.S.S doesn?t win the judges over, they like lots of bells and whistles. It?s still fun to go and I get the satisfaction of actually driving my car to the show! :driving:

Dave I love your buggy, I only saw two that would come close, a dark blue one that once you got close it was rough and an orange one in the parking lot, that was not being judged. If it matters you had my vote.
