I was wondering if anybody might know what kind of buggy this is and what it might be worth? The motor needs to be rebuilt and it needs new floor pans... and a whole lot of other things:eat:

heck i would pay 500.00 to 1k pan looks like it is full size and body was cut out for engine... you would have to re glass the rear to make it look correct and cut the pan add new floors.... but i am not an expert by far...

well i found mine in better condition for 200$ but it did not have any thing i wanted. trans and front end were replaced 100% and there was more glass work i guess and i did not have a windshield. that is worth 150$ if it is in good shape. i am thinking 500 .$ now. have you tried to put an add in the paper ? wanted manx buggy in any condition? I did and that is how i found it. I found about 3 killer deals too.

The glass in the windsheild has no cracks and the guy threw in a set of nice chrome rims with brand new 195 tires mounted on them and two racing seats

You left out the #1 how much " But all the main items are there is a real good base. Your what is it pic, it's a early heater control I think 65 back. I can't tell for sure but the trans looks like a 68. Not all body are made for a 14 1/2" cut. It's moved forward so the front bulk head matches the pan. All this is good, You get it cheap, not $5000

yes near the side cover on the bottem. you'll find a flat area with a #. Is there a factory piece on the axle tude. That looks like a loop, close to the cast bearing housing. The loop or mount should be on the rear of the tube. This was for a factory stablizer bar. It's not worth anymore than other tran's, it just makes it a long axle. Which are getting hard to find good axles
