Online Maps - This is Hilarious

Post by Reverb »

I`m sure we`ve all used various map sites, to get directions to certain destinations at one time or another. Just for chits and giggles, I entered San Diego, CA to London, UK. Here are the results (scroll down to number 42). Sure it states the obvious, but I wonder how their database knew to put that there. http://maps.google.com/maps?f=d&hl=en&s ... 118.476562

That is too funny! I wonder how many of the 31 days are spent swimming?

I love how specific it is. It's almost like... walk on this pier and jump in the Ocean. And with the estimated travel time, I think it seriously thinks you're going to swim.

I would be cool if there was a ferry that made the trip. I would love to go back and tour Europe in the buggy. For now I will experiment with styrofoam blocks and paddle tires....( shows how much I despise the airlines )
