Me and 2 of my buddys are going down. The Tow'd and my friends Joe Pody buggy aren't ready yet though. I always enjoy Bugout... unless it's raining. Looks to be decent weather. I will be wearing my Tow'd shirt and snapping lots of pictures. I'll be hanging around the buggies or the swapmeet area or the drags. Hope to see some members there. Drive safe. I hope the Tow'd is ready for Bugout in may next year.

I tried to find you after that but couldn't. Darn! This was our first BugOut and my wife and I (and our little dog too) had a blast. Here are a few picts of some buggies. I posted all of my pictures here: http://www.manxgallery.org/gallery/view ... e=album713 Image Image Image Image Bud

Tim, sorry I don't know. I didn't get a chance to talk very long with the owner. All I got from him was that it was a 5-year project.

Madmanx, Sorry I missed you. I always enjoy Bugout and enjoy scoping out the aircooled cars in the show. I also enjoy the drags. I was sort of disappointed that the vendor turnout was really low and that there weren't too many goodies in the swapmeet area, most just old worn out worthless parts. Me and my buds rolled out after the drags and missed the slalom. That blue buggy with the big rear tires was pretty fancy, but I didn't care for it at all. The guy said it was a manx, but you couldn't see the tag at all. It did have a fancy NOS system on it. I didn't dig that air ride system very much. I like the more traditional buggies. I really want to get my Tow'd down there. I wouldn't expect to win anything, but there are pretty scarce around here. I don't ever remember seeing one at Bugout at all. I saw a Hebmeuller for sale here once though that I just missed buying.
