Mark 1856-Board of Directors meeting

Post by manxvair »

    Mark 1856 has asked for a copy of the minutes for the general membership Board of Directors Meeting held at the Manx on the Banx event. I do not have the access to post in the area he did so I will post  here. I returned from North Carolina late night Sunday 10/14/12, I have been working on the engine that I broke at Cool Country nights so that I can make the Mojave Rd adventure 10/26-10/28, so I have not finalized these minutes yet but I will asap, after that they will need to be submitted and approved and then I can submit them for publication.

Thank You

Hey Mark;

   See if there is a club financial report/statement anywhere. I don't think we have seen one of those for awhile.

Hey Joe;

Thanks for the info. Hopefully the treasurer's report will be published as well and at the same time. Hope it's a pretty detailed report. Thanks again.

FulsGld - there was a verbal treasurers report at MOTB given by me.  It was an estimate of the amount in the account (@ $19,000.00).  It was an estimate because the hotel we were staying at did not have secure internet and I didn't want to access the account and possibly give away the user name & password.  I also gave percentages of where the membership money goes for Manx Mania, Membership expenses and income from the west coast events based on last years figures.  If you need more information, please ask and I will provide.  Thanks!  Tom Iacoboni

Hey Tom;

Thanks for the info.Wonder what the club is going to do with $19k that will benefit all of the members? But then, that is for the BOD to figure out. What I was really asking for was the 2011 closing statement and the current P&L with details. Thanks.

FulsGld - I put together a excell speadsheet at the end of yeach year (which also includes the previous years) showing where the money went.  If you want a copy of this, PM me your e-mail address and I will send one.  This was suggested from the beginning by Mark (1856).  Tom
