Caravan cruise to BoB Texas event

The 1st Official Manx Club event that it looks like we will be able to host 2021 is in Brenham, Texas May 11,12 & 13. Yes that is in the middle of the week. We are trying something new that was suggested by a club member. The event in the middle of the week allows 2 weekends for travel to attend. There will be a caravan of buggy's departing from Chino, CA on the morning of Saturday 8 May and arriving in Brenham, Texas on Monday 10 May. Interested in earning a Long Haul league award? this trip driving or riding passenger qualifies. Below is the route planned and the hotels we'll be stopping at.
Day 1, Saturday 8 May, So-Cal to Benson, AZ 496 miles

Day 2, Sunday 9 May, Benson, AZ to Fort Stockton, TX 510 miles (-2 hr time zone change)

Day 3, Monday 10 May, Fort Stockton, TX to Brenham, Texas 424 miles

The return drive will just be reversed. Although there has been some interest by a couple of people to attempt the iron buggy, so those individuals will be driving straight through from Fort Stockton to Chino, CA on day 2 of the return.

On a caravan like this we would like to maintain a Hwy speed of 65 mph.
