gas tank questions

I'm fitting gas tank on new body & have some questions. Will it be worth it, if using early new tank, to relocate gas line exit hole in bottom farther towards front of buggy so tank will drain completely? Looks lower. Does anything interfere with gas line? How much more gas can be drained? Also does it matter where holes for tank fastening mounts are located? Does mounting gas tank filler in middle of hood rather than to one side, make filling tank harder? Thanks Gary

I think Iturned my gas tank around someone said to do that to clear suspension and get all fuel out as far as mounting I built a support in front goes from on top of front beam to under body then bolted tank to this to help support tank with gas weight Iwas afraid of stressing fiberglass confused yet soory but hard to exlpain in words some time mike
