You've got us beat temperature-wise by about 60 degrees, Dave. :hello: I dig the tree pics. My dad winters in Naples, and I hope we can afford to fly down there this winter - accomodations are 'gratis,' so that's a plus.

It's nice here in the winter. We pay dearly in the summer though. 100 degrees + 100% humidity, that's if it's not raining which it does almost every day. With the wind chill factor it feels like 125. My electric bill doubles in the summer, just opposite of you guys up north. One more thing, when Ponce de Leon was here in 1513 the area was named Mosquito. There was a good reason for that, hasn't changed much in that respect. Florida state bird-MOSQUITO! AHH Pariadise

I hear ya Chuck, I don`t recall anybody feeling sorry for us in the Summer, when the temp gets 110 degrees F or more on a regular basis. I grew up in northern Ohio, and know all about the cold harsh winters, and the lake effect snow. I can`t count how many times the weatherman called for partly cloudy, and then had to shovel 10 inches of partly cloudy off my driveway.

Jeez, my buggys been off the road for 2 months now (New England sucks!) My wife and I have been talkin about moving to arizona, or nevada. Not sure what kind of job I can find there (I'm a CNC programmer) but I can't stand the winter months here anymore. Also the thought of using my buggy more, and riding my motorcycles everyday is VERY appealing. Freezing here in MASS. Jay
