That's an excellent example of a street buggy. We need more pictures of it.

Thats a Cytech DP-7 Lift, I put in 15 years ago when I bought the house. At the time, i dropped about $2,500, but worth every penny, all you need is a friend / second pair of arms and hands to help install. The key is to raise the garage door opener to the ceiling as flush as you can, extend the rails and add another panel on the garage door, another couple hundred to do that. But, there have been a lot of vehicles to ride up high in the winter on this thing, but none nicer than my buggy !
