More CA registration help needed - DMV is sending me to CHP

Here's the question. If the VIN is off the books. No record at all. You can take the frame over to Ton'y registration service in Monrovia CA Just east of Pasadena, The will verify the vin and take care of getting it registered. It took three days for me to get my plates. Pink came in the mail three weeks later. I paid them 40 bucks to come out to the house ( I live about 15 min away) to verify the VIN as it was just a rolling pan at that point. No CHP, No DMV, No Auto Club :rock: Key is it has to be off the books and no record in CA.
