Very funny.... still 1/2 inch S/S wont be strong enough to hold the front beam on?

I would not use it. Get some grade 5 or better yet grade 8 stuff. Or how about some bolts from the rear and top them of with acorn nuts????

Ok Ill just weld the damn beam to the head and dont have to worry about it coming loose and tumbling under my buggy at 100mph, and me flying over the hood for 100 yards into the pavement. done!

go to the auto parts store and get grade 8 bolts that are 1/2 inch by 6 inch with lock washers and lock nuts and chrome em if you really feel the need to.
