You can get Lazer Stars through Pacific Customs, Corona, Ca. Mail Order ad in Hot VW's, $132 -$144 Have them on my car, they work great. Jimbo

i know its an old thread but i'm getting ready to order now and figured i'd use the original post with all the info in case anyone else could benefit. so- is anyone running the king bee headlights now? i wanted to see some pics to see what they look like on a buggy. it looks like it is a little flatter than the normal bullet style headlight. so i wanted to see if it changes the look much. cause other than this little nagging bit- they look like a great piece. and i just picked up the L-488s for my turn signals. getting closer...

A friend of mine is running King Bee's on his buggy but he painted the back of them to match his buggy. This is the best pic I have. I can post a better pic this weekend. Image

thanks jerry. i would appreciate a few closer pics. but as it is there- it looks fine to me. almost no difference.

I went ahead and ordered a set of them last week to replace my chrome ones - where I live chrome is a bad thing. They are due to arrive next week, I can post pic's of them installed if no-one else is able to before then - Still looking for an exhaust that's not chrome too.

the one you see on mine is stainless.yes, thats a reflection off of a couple feet of water in the shop under the buggy. good thing we knew the heavy rains were coming! Image Image
