Dunebuggy therapy

Post by Gene-C »

Back in December I got a partial tear in a ligament in my ankle
which hurt like heck.  A month or so went by and the pain went away
so I went ofn the Mojave road trip and on Sat night of the trip my ankle swelled up really bad
to the point that I could not put weightt on it and then pushing in the clutch the next day was something else
OUCH!
The funny part was I had a very hard time trying to sleep all night from the pain and the room next to me at the casino
must of been either trying to tie down a kangaroo or  there first attempt at cage fighting all night long
But either way they added to the pain so the next morning  letting Gadget warm up in front of there door
prompted all kinds of smiles and hand jesters. Guess who had the smile and who gave the jesters?

But any how I got home and had an MRI done to find my ankle in pretty bad shape
which caused me to miss Calico but now I have been going to Physical therapy
for the past month
So this week they added a new part to my exercise regiment
that is to start driving my buggy for 10 min a few times then 20min and so on
This is a first for me, to have buggy exercises
no complaints from this end
