TC replica buggy
For anyone interested, there's some new pics of the project updated 5th Dec now on http://corvairdunebuggy.com/ Martin just phoned to say his after some chrome trim to go around the windshield, if anyone knows of anything. Nelson, I was in a rush and forgot to tell Martin about the name mistake, so your have to just put up with being Nigel for a little longer.

Woolies do some that fits up to 3.5mm that may stretch with a bit of hot water? They also do self adhesive strip that'll maybe give the right 'illusion' if stuck around the rim. Just a thought... http://www.woolies-trim.co.uk/p-1579-se ... -edge.aspx
Hi Mel Thanks for the quiet word about the sudden name change, and many apologies to Nelson. martin
Hi Martin, glad you made it here. You could try http://www.automobiletrim.com/edge-trim-plastic.html I think they say up it will go to 3.5mm but may be worth a try. If you happen to buy a roll of that trim and it works out too small, just let me know and I will buy it from you, as I think I'd have a use for it. Keep up the good work, I'm looking forward to seeing it all done and going for a blast in it.

Hi Dan Hope you are well. Would be great if there were some more detailed pictures of the car. I am waiting on the guy from Hawaii who was going to see the original car - I will chase him up to see if he managed to get some pictures Martin corvairdunebuggy.com
