The Long Road To Success

Post by tylka »

My Manx is looking more and more like it is road ready...but it isn't. Ha! It still has a lot of little things that need finished. I guess this is motivation to keep me going. I just bolted the wheels and tires up today. Let me know what you all think. Thanks.

Doesn't matter if it is road ready as long as it looks good and it looks GOOOOOOD.

Those 914's look great! Hope the frame pics helped. Every time you post more great new pictures, I can't help but think I've got longer then I think to get mine road worthy! The color looks really good on a buggy.

Thanks for the comments. I've started projects before, but never finished one, so this was a test for myself to see what I could accomplish. I have done everything except spray the paint. The interior is still needing to be refinished. The 914 seats have the original covers and have some tears. I'm thinking a dark red or a burnt orange interior color...still don't know yet. The black is clean looking though. I hope the car will be done for the show season...we'll see. Thanks again.
